Once booked and paid, the reservation is non-refundable.

Date changes may result in a change to the overall cost of the reservation.
A change resulting in a higher cost will receive an additional prepayment charge for the difference from original prepayment amount.
Upon confirmation, you will be required to fill in our pre-check-in form where will be checking your ID against your credit card and taking a security deposit (£150-£300 depending on the location).
If you have booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival.
Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the lead guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have provided during the pre check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.
Minimum age to check in is 23 years old and 25 years old in Canary Wharf, Millharbour, Heathrow South, Kew Bridge, Manchester and Birmingham properties.
Additionally, we do not accept guests living within a 20 miles radius of the property address.
