Arrivals and departures

All guests can access their apartment from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-in is self service due to covid-19 and you will be given a smart key to enter the building. We do offer site check in personally but social distancing measures must be observed.

Early check in is available subject to availability and an early check-in fee. Contact our guest services team to book.

All guests must leave their apartment from 10:00 on the day of departure.

Late check out is available but is subject to availability and a late check out fee. Contact our guest services team to book.

About your apartment

Yes, the beds are made with fresh linen for your arrival. If you are staying over a week, there is weekly housekeeping.

We have 24/7 security at all sites.

Yes we have free fast business grade broadband in every apartment.

Yes and we include washing tablets for two washes in the starter pack when you arrive.


Housekeeping is provided for all stays over 5 nights and is weekly, if you are staying a shorter period but would like additional housekeeping we can arrange this for a small fee.


We do have parking at most sites and can arrange parking for all sites. This is subject to availability and a daily charge.

Parties and events

We have a strict no parties or events policy, we do not allow birthday parties of any age, hen do, stag parties, basically if its any sort of party we don’t allow it. All apartments are monitored and guests found to breach these rules will be removed and the deposit and full stay fee will be lost.


We allow cats and dogs in all our apartments but have a max weight of 15KG.

We charge a one off fee of £50 for stays under 7 days and £150 for stays over 7 days this is for deep cleaning and carpet cleaning of the apartment.


You can have post sent to the apartment for stays over 28 nights.
