1. General Information:

Check-in time - 3pm

Check-out time - 11am


2. Booking :

Upon completing your booking and receiving your confirmation you enter a contract with Charles Hope Apartments Trading Limited.

Upon confirmation, you will be required to fill in our pre-check-in form where will be checking your ID against your credit card. The minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. 

Additionally, we do not accept guests living within a 20 miles radius of the property address. 

If you have booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for the payment must be presented for the pre-authorisation on arrival.

Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the lead guest staying at the property. Otherwise, you may be re-charged on a card you have provided during the pre-check-in, and the original payment will be refunded.

We operate a strict no gathering or party policy.


3. Price:

The price quoted is for whole stay duration and is inclusive of VAT.

Prior to the booking being confirmed, rates quoted are based on the rates prevailing at the time but are subject to change. Once a booking has been confirmed we will not change the rate quoted unless you amend the booking.

VAT is charged at the rate in force on the earliest of the date of payment, the date of arrival or the date of invoice, unless the VAT rate changes during your stay.


4. House rules:

It is not permitted to:

  • Smoke anywhere in our properties, this includes balconies, terraces, or communal areas
  • Hosting parties or gatherings
  • Allowing access to anybody other than those listed as guests
  • Make excessive noise that can be witnessed outside the property at anytime
  • Conduct any form of business on the premises


5. Stay inclusions:

Each apartment will include the following in the nightly rate:

  • Weekly Housekeeping for stays over 7 nights
  • Wi-Fi
  • Utilities


6. Payment: 

Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. If payment does not reach us at the required time, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any booking made.


7. Booking cancellation conditions:

Your entitlement to cancel your booking will depend on the reservation type that you selected, as set out below.

Non-refundable bookings

Non-refundable bookings are offered at a reduced rate, but this is on a ‘no-cancellation’ basis. Accordingly, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation of a non-refundable booking and you will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Fully refundable bookings:

Fully refundable bookings can be cancelled, subject to our cancellation terms. Your ability to cancel will be displayed on the website before you select your rate and will be explained to you by the booking team for Offline bookings.  Cancellation terms for fully refundable bookings are as follows and are based on notice given prior to the scheduled day of arrival:

In the case of a no show, apartments will be held until 1am the day after the scheduled arrival, at which time your booking will be cancelled, and the above cancellation charges will apply.


8. Policies:

  • All guests are required to present their ID during the check-in process.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any apartment or apartment building; this includes the use of electronic cigarettes. Smoking in the apartments or outside of the designated areas will result in a fine.
  • Pets are welcome in our apartment upon notification, there is a £30 charge per week per  pet.
  • Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the apartment and their fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behaviour towards a member of staff on the phone, in writing or in person. Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes. An additional charge will be made if the Management Team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint.
  • We operate a strict no party, no gathering policy on our premises.


9. Health & Safety:

We take the health and safety of all our guests seriously. On arrival you should familiarise yourself with the layout of the apartment and building and the health and safety procedures as detailed in your apartment.


10. Privacy:

All information collected or properly obtained during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these conditions. Our Privacy Policy can be found here
