Charles Hope currently operates in excess of 300 apartments across several major cities including Birmingham, Manchester, London, Copenhagen, Southampton with many more exciting cities to follow.
We are looking for a determined, professional and efficient individual to join our existing growing Guest Services team. The goal of the role is to help us provide an even better customer experience and to assist in our expansion plans in the UK and Europe.
This is a full time roll over 4 shifts, 4 days on and 3 off. Shifts are fixed, 9am to 9pm.
Customer Management and Sales
1. Monitoring booking channels and responded to enquiries within 1 hour of receipt.
2. Contacting booking guests or companies to understand travelers needs and ensure correct guest details are obtained.
3. Ascertain if additional services can be up sold such as parking, early or late check out.
4. Promoting internal sales campaigns to customers
5. Pass internal referrals where corporate bookings are identified.
6. Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
7. Resolving any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
8. Answering customers queries arising from the reservation process or the property in question.
9. Providing support to customers who amend or cancel reservations.
1. Organizing housekeeping rotas and daily site staffing requirements.
2. Assisting with supplies ordering and stock balances.
3. Managing linen supplies and collection schedules.
4. Maintaining site monitoring systems.
5. Contact guests to discuss bookings, issues and disturbances.
6. Liaising with security contractors.
