Prior to arrival

The majority of our properties are accessible for people with mobility issues. To ensure that the property you wish to stay meets your needs please contact us either before or once your booking is made to discuss if the property is suitable to your needs. This also enables Charles Hope to ensure an appropriate property layout is assigned for your stay. We can also provide property access routes that would be most suitable for you.

Upon arrival

Charles Hope may be able to assist with accessing the property and your luggage. Please request this prior to booking so that we can ensure we have an appropriate member of on-site staff available at your anticipated time of arrival.


The majority of Charles Hope properties are wheelchair accessible. however. some are more suited than others. Our Charles Hope team can also assist with any additional personal requirements. Please advise what we can do to make the accessibility around your stay easier for you.


Charles Hope do not have parking at every location, however, we can help source a suitable option if required. Please just reach out to us, if the location you have chosen does not have parking and you need assistance with finding suitable local parking.
