Charles Hope Brentford is proud to unveil a new Uber Kiosk — an innovative addition to the building, designed to make every guest's stay more seamless, connected, and enjoyable. Developed in partnership with We Know Group, the kiosk provides guests with instant access to information on local and national transport, including train and bus timetables, all from one sleek and easy-to-use platform located in the Brentford lobby.
One of the standout features is the ability to book Uber rides directly from the kiosk — no app required. Guests can choose from instant booking or schedule a ride for later, and pay by card or contactless payment. The kiosk will also provide guests with real-time updates about their driver via a web-link.
Guests can also order food from local restaurants using Uber Eats via the kiosk, without needing to download an app.
Travel planning is also made simple. Guests can check real-time flight information, plan public transport journeys, compare routes, and even purchase tickets on the spot. And with multilingual support and 24/7 functionality, it’s built to support international travellers at any time of day or night.
