Full payment is taken at the time of booking, making it non-refundable. Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Changes can be made up to 3 days before check-in. Any date change may affect the total cost. If the new rate is higher, an additional prepayment will be charged.
If you’ve booked a prepaid rate, the same card used for payment must be presented at check-in for pre-authorisation. The name on the credit card must match the lead guest. If not, you may be charged again, and the original payment will be refunded.
Minimum check-in age is 21 years old. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ID is required for all guests over 18.
A £500 refundable deposit is required for guests living within a 20-mile radius of the property. Additionally, a damage deposit is required depending on the location £50 for: Birmingham, Canary Wharf, Croydon, Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool, London Greenford, Manchester, and Southampton.
£100 for: Brentford, Hounslow.
Strictly no gatherings or parties. If violated, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and ask guests to vacate.
A pre-check-in process is required to verify ID against the credit card used for the booking to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
